Running on snow and ice

Ahhh, well I've been running on snow and ice for about a week now. First snowfall on the lower hillside was Saturday and for the rest of Anchorage it was Sunday. Nothing like running on loose snow on top of ice to keep you on your feet. Pun intended. It will do nothing but get worse from here.
